This is beautiful!, what kind of fabric did you use?, and was the print on it? or did you do it by hand?

LOVE love love that partlet. Is the partlet and sleeve separate or are they attached to the gown?

Beautiful! I decided to try my hand at making a 16th century dress myself, and this is awesome inspiration! *favorited* Do you have any recommendations for websites or books that might help me? :)

Thank you for your kind words :-)
As for me - the best recommendation is to look through photos snd movies "The Tudors", "Elizabeth" and "Elizabeth. The golden age".
Unfortunatelly patterns which I used are in my native language, so I'm not sure that they would be useful for you((.
books- I recommend you to read"Patterns of Fashion: The Cut and Construction of Clothes for Men and Women, C.1560-1620" by Janet Arnold.

Thanks! I just started the 3rd season of "The Tudors" and that is really what convinced me to try and make a dress of my own... :)

I will definitely try to find that book!

I love the fabric choices you made!! this dress looks like the German Elizabethan version. especially with the elongated stomacher.
